About, privacy and takedowns

What this is

A community collection of menu layouts for the Disc Menus plugin for Jellyfin. It is not affiliated with Jellyfin or TMDB.

How it was made

This project is vibe coded. The tools, this site and the plugin were written by an AI (Claude, through Claude Code) while Phillip Berryman steered. The one human-originated piece is the idea of describing disc menus as a shareable JSON schema, which was then built out together. Nothing here has had an independent human review or a security audit, so treat it accordingly. Reviews and corrections are very welcome.

Licence

Every menu and listing is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0. The tools and this site's code are GPL-3.0-only.

What it does not contain

No studio artwork, music or video. Menus describe layout and structure and refer to nothing hosted elsewhere. A few menus link to openly licensed art (from a CC BY film, say) that this site hosts beside them, with its own licence and credits in a CREDITS.txt.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, which sees requests the way any web host does. Clients are expected to match menus against a library on the user's own device.

Takedowns

If you hold rights in something here, open an issue titled "Takedown" naming the file. The menu is withdrawn first and discussed after. Full details are in the policy.

Attribution

Movie and series ids are TMDB, IMDb and TVDB ids. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
